Classroom Content Linked to your Website

Recently, I have had many teachers come to me about creating classroom websites to help improve their communication with parents/students. One of the major functions teachers want of their website is for classroom content/documents linked to their sites. I have personally shown many teachers how to use the "File Manager" function of their website, to upload documents to their site, but there is actually an easier way!

Rather than creating documents in Microsoft Word, Excel or Powerpoint (to then have to upload to your site via File Manager) create your content in Google Drive. When classroom content is created in Drive a url is automatically generated for that file, which makes linking to your content/documents easy and seamless.

Here's an example of what I'm referring to-

Click the link titled, "Directions for Signing Up for a Prezi Account" to see how a file created in Google Drive is easy to access for all!

To learn how to do this simply email me for a one on one or small group training session!
